On the 1st of May, I purchased approximately R1600.00 worth of 8ta airtime in various denominations, in order to activate the 60 Gig special.

Everything was going fine but because of the volume of vouchers, some got mixed up and I used the same voucher more than once. 8ta has a rather ridiculous policy where you are blacklisted if you try to activate the same voucher 3 times (bearing in mind I had approximately 60 vouchers, repeats were bound to happen.) I got blacklisted, I contacted 8ta call centre, Nqobile was incredibly helpful, she tried recharging from her side but unfortunately it got blocked from her side too, she then went out of her way to make sure that I got unblocked, recharged and was able to activate the Gigs, while I am VERY dissapointed that I had to purchase Another R50 worth of airtime because I was afraid to get blocked again, not knowing what was used and what was not. Big thumbs down to 8ta, I was very thankful that people like Nqobile went out of her way for me, even emailing me after her shift was over to check if I was all sorted, Thank you Nqobile! I hope 8ta acknowledges the star of an employee they have in you!
