Difficulty in reaching Cell C legal department

Hi

I have beend trying to contact Cell C legal department for weeks now, i keep holding on a phone to go through but never succesfull. I tried sending emails but still there was no reply.

Can someone from Cell C please contact me I just need a settlement amount and account number to make a deposit to have my name cleared.
