OTA Airtime purchased but no vouchers received

It seems Edgars is definitely not keeping to their customer care policy!!

This is the second time i have purchased OTA airtime via cellphone, got billed immediately for the transaction but no vouchers are being sent to me.
In September 2013 i bought R60 airtime, got billed and didnt received the voucher. Upon dialing the OTA call centre (which by the way you have to keep trying in the hope that SOMEONE actually does their job and answers) the lady says it will be sent shortly. Never happened. I eventually gave up trying.

About 45 mins ago, i purchased R100 Telkom airtime, got billed immediately and ZILCH..no voucher. Im still trying to contact the infamous 0860788211. Called the West Street store, got through to the cell shop but they cannot help because "they do not know the contact numbers for OTA"

Is this the so called 'customer service" Edgars proudly boasts? No wonder they losing clients! Quick on the billing take and fail to deliver!
Im throughly disgusted with the service. One would expect far more efficiency and service from such a store. I really do hope someone takes this seriously..today!
