I have had my an 8ta SIM on internet 5 promo (10gig) from feb/march, all of a sudden the SIM was not able to register on the network. i told 8ta about this and they said a SIM swap was needed. after having to fight them over not paying for the swap, a "swap" was made for me. i later realized after trying to check my data balance that i had R1.49 airtime, from where??? after calling the call center i was told i have two numbers under my name, an internet contract one and a pre paid one. the consultant did not perform a SIM swap but instead registered a new pre-paid SIM under my name. I'm still being billed for a SIM i CANNOT use! what is going on??
