POOR SERVICE

A Sim swop was requested, a confirmation sms was received a few minutes later. The activation was said to take place in 24hrs. It is now 30hrs and still has not been done!!! Its no use trying to fone the customer care because you cannot get through to an operator. HOW MUCH LONGER MUST I WAIT??? CHRISTMAS IS ALSO COMING!!!
