9810s blacberry NIGHTMARE

MTN has taken the 9810s blackberry 5 times for repairs and keeps swopping the fone for the same fone despite knowing that it is problematic. why cant they just swop it for another fone? is this not customer service instead they want to keep the fone for most of the time of the duration of the contract! Ridiculous that even at MTN corporate level you get pathetic service.
