I received a 8ta 3G dongle 3 weeks ago as part of my Closer package. I finally got to installing the software and trying to upload the 2 x R50 vouchers and the R20 voucher I got from them. The R20 voucher loaded fine, but when I got to the R50 vouches is when the difficulty started. I tried to upload them a couple of times on the web interface and then decided to try the call center. After being passed from mobile to data to pre-paid, I was finally told that the vouchers are not activated and that it can't be activated over the phone. I now need to go back to a Telkom/data shop to get them activated. Is this not something that needs to be checked by the shop before giving it to the client?
