I bought a data sim from Cell C at the end of last year for my new mini iPad and have made a number of complaints about lack of access to the data - I just cannot get a connection so am constantly having to use my wifi (MTN) connection instead. I pay my monthly account on time each month - what a waste of time that is as I cannot use it! I have visited the shop at Eastgate on two occasions and they tell me that this is not what I should expect as their data coverage is supposed to be excellent. They have taken my details and logged complaints to their technical dept but no use, no-one bothered to call. I then gave up for quite a number of months but then decided to pursue a response a few weeks back. Calls to the call centre, logged tech problem - I even received two emails and one call - basically to say that someone would get in touch, but guess what no-one did! I am fed up, would NEVER recommend CellC but would really appreciate it if someone could actually review my usage - that will be very quick and easy! and then give me some data and credit my account for the time I have not been able to use it. I really hope that HelloPeter works better than the call centre & email
