Ooked in a cell phone for repair bought at a Vodacom Outlet still under warrantee, clerk gave me the battery, sim & memory card to keep & job card given. 21days quoted for repair on the 21/06, had to continue calling to find out the status to be told on 24.07 that it was returned without repair. Reason given, I need to bring the battery TO THEM to re-book the phone for repair as they dont have the dimensions for the LGC100???
