Call Centre dropping calls

Can you kindly get someone to contact me regarding my expired cellphone contract. I phone the MTN call centre from a Vodacom number, thus not a free call and after 10 minutes the call is dropped. I Then tried a log a complaint on the [URL Removed] website, but when clicking on complaint, it tells you that the box is closed and can not log a complaint. Please contact me urgently
