And dishonesty

After taking my faulty phone into Autopage on two occasions for the same problem they eventually gave me a brand new phone. What dishonesty they gave me a refurbished phone NOT a new one as promised by the head office and the sales manager of Blue Route mall. My memory card was also taken from my phone on return. I got the supposed new phone in March but did not use it as I had bought another phone. Now that I have decided to use it, I discovered that the phone is not a new phone but a refurbished unit and is giving the exact same problems. I demand a new handset and insist that it will not be another blackberry! I am now livid and disgusted that Autopage can be so deviant and dishonest to their clients that have supported them for more than a decade. I will take this matter further.
