I ordered a cellphone contract online and went through the application process with ease. I was then told i would receive delivery of my phone within 3-5 working days. After not receiving or hearing anything after 5 day i called vodacom and was told they were awaiting stock and would deliver my phone by the next week. Today is the end of next week and i still have no phone and called only to be asked if i was still interested in the contract. Reallg, seriously??? Am i ever going to getthis contract through Vodacom or should i try another service provider? I was also asked to call back later to check again, but why would i have endure anotherhalf hour on hold to be told nonsense again.
