24 Hour Mobility? More like 3 week IM-MOBILITY

I had water damage to my iPhone which resulted in the touch screen not working, and contacted them to have it replaced.

1. Mtn (my SP) would not even book it in for repairs based on water damage, however 24hr Mobility said they could fix it.

2. it took me 3 days to submit the claim (18th June) due to inefficiencies and delays

3. they collected the phone the 21st of June and said i would have feedback in 3 days. I phoned and emailed a number of times each time being told they didn't have any news for me, and couldn't give me a timeline when i could expect feedback.

4. then i called in (2 July) and was told that the repair quote was accepted on 1st July, and i would be contacted in 3 days with to have my phone returned to me.

5.phone is delivered to me (03 July), i plug it in, and the touch screen is kind of working, everything on the left hand side of the screen responds to touches, but the ENTIRE right hand side of the screen is non-responsive and doesn't work.

6. i called them back to let them know, and was told they would have to collect it again and send it back.in for repairs (there goes another 3 weeks!)

How did this pass any sort of quality check? Shocking service
