BROKEN PHONE 3 Times

I Just got my phone back for the THIRD time back from insurance, ... The first time the screen cracked so i send it to the insurance where i had to pay R150 access, i got it back and noticed black stripes over the screen (like a miss connection) so i started pressing on the side of it and as i pressed on the left top corner the screen cracked again, So i send it back to insurance and i had to pay ANOTHER R300 access as its a fisical damage... well i just got the phone back today and my screen is cracked AGAIN... I DID NOT DROP THE PHONE... just noticed that it is cracked again, HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE, CANT THEY FIX A PHONE... how can the phone CRACK twice AFTER "REPAIRS" HAVE BEEN DONE... without even dropping it (they prob never gave me gorilla glass)... and they call themselves insurance, i am not phoning them again because you struggle almost 40 min each time you want to get hold of them!!! AND I PROB HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER ACCESS FOR SOMETHING THEY COULD NOT EVEN FIX PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME
