I am expecting a phone to be delivered via an insurance claim. The store did their part in making sure that insurance knew what handset to send however the wrong handset was sent. Insurance says to me that all the store has to do is call them and obtain a reference number and they can issue me a phone from their stock on hand. I requested this from the store on Friday 05 July 2013. They refused. The wrong phone arrived Wed 10 July 2013. I requested they follow policy again as per the insurance department. The store said it is not their policy. Finally I requested they issue me a phone again 16 July 2013 after getting the procedure from Jolene in insurance. They said it was difficult. Practically impossible. Today 17 July I called Jolene and discovered how easy it was to do. If I was in the store i would have got the phone in five minutes. Now I have to go into the store, tomorrow and phone insurance for the, and force the store to follow policy. Why am I doing the job that I pay a monthly fee for someone to do? I am wasting my money. I will go in and do the job because I need my phone but I expect autopage to pay me for my time.
