Thoroughly impressed with the service delivery

I have had countless wars with this store even had a signed contract for a package I never signed or agreed to, I was on the verge of moving my contracts to Cell C at their expiry, but fortunately the service of the new staff at the 4U was friendly, speedy and understood me very well. I receive daily updates via sms and a few calls of the exact progress and location of my phone as it was sent in for repairs under warranty. I have been with vodacom for 11 years and they gave me assurance of their service, keep it up :-) - Vincent
