For 6 months I have had non stop with vodacom. Then they still try and debit R10000 to cover handset fees in the middle of the contract. For 3 months I have been disconnected 2 weeks each month! Do I get credited, NO! They invoice me for other costs that were suppose to b debited 2 months before hand!
Then remove my debit order and I'm supposed to just guess that they did! I have 4 contracts with Vodacom and have been with them for years. I can't wait for them all to end so I can migrate all of them to a cellphone service provided that can simply invoice me monthly properly without disconnecting me every 2 weeks! I have lost all faith in Vodacom and will never ever support them again!
