I complained to the call centre in April about the very slow, almost non-existent speed of our wi-fi. I was advised to move the router and modem to another location. After doing this several times, there was no change. I then emailed them in April, whereafter they asked me to send a copy of the speedtest - which was duly done!! After several more emails and telephone calls, I am yet to hear back from them! Spoke to them this morning and told them I was cancelling as they were not providing a service yet happily taking their debit order! The agent had the audacity to tell me I was rude and couldn't cancel as I would be in breech!! I'm paying for a service, which is not even there!!! He was completely insensitive!! If that's who they've got in the call centre - please, advise me as to who did his customer service training!! IBurst is yet to provide any feedback, let alone provide a solution!!! I have to reset the router and modem at least 10 times a day!! We are also using a 3G - this is NOT what I signed up for!!!
