My problems with Iburst started only a few months after signing the contract and receiving the wifi internet usb and modem. The modem gave us trouble from the very beginning and after countless call to the customer technician service and much airtime spent talking to a technician trying to solve the problem of the modem over the phone (as they do not provide any personal service), the technicians concluded it must be the modem that is default. After countless call to Iburst to try get someone to assist me with this problem, they told me that someone fro RAM will pick it up and it will be sent for test in Johannesburg. However, when I got it back, it had not been fixed and noe one folowed up on this despite countless calls. I carried on paying for several Months, only using the USB modem, but when also this broke down and the wires where popping out, I had enough and blocked the debit order. This clearly worked, as someone called me almost immediately and I explained the situation and that I am tired of bad service. They told me it was no records of the modem being sent in for test or my calls and that since I do not still have the receipt from RAM they are not responsible for this
