Documents cant be found

I have been in contact with tanya, as from the 28 june 2013, with regards to requesting my contract documents. each time i have spoken to her i am told that she is waiting for the documents from the warehouse. on the 15 july 2013 i then requested my documents from document warehouse myself, and on the 25th july i got the response from the document warehouse that my documents has not been located and that i should contact the vodashop where the contract was activated. that really doesnt help at all.
