I was contacted by call centre on the 18/01/2013 that I took a laptop contract with Real people, No one called me, an I haven't receieved anything nor signed for such things. I contacted them, and I was requested to submit the documents of which I did, then I was told that i would receive an sms, 2 days later i received sms that they got the documents, 3 days later i receive the sms that they didn't get the document, I phoned them and asked what did they mean by their 1st sms that they got document then later on the dont, then they said last sms was mistakenly sent to me, they actually got documents. I asked to speak to manager and for the proof that they actual spoken to me when contract was taken, and signed documents that I receieved that laptop, even today Im still waiting. I actually think that this is inside job, and now my name is dragged into the mud, I cant qualify for anything, because of things that I didn't take and I dont know about.
