Contracts outstanding

I have been in contact with Netcare for the release of all documents for my sister that passed away at St Augustine's Hospital on the 22 October 2012. To date have received most of the documents but still outstanding :-
1. admission and hospital contract for admissions on the 11 October 2012 and 16 October 2012.
2. Discharge document (or document / if any that was completed when her body was transferred to the state mortuary)

Have spoken/sent email to Dr Augusta Dorning (General Mngr St Augustine's). Yvonne Von Onslin (PA to CEO- Jhb). Lynelle Bhagwandeen (Company Secretary jhb). Sharmim Pillay (Assist To Annemie Greef - Legal Mngr jhb). Devi Winfred (Reg Public Liability Mngr -dbn) and was then finally transferred to Netcare Lawyer Nazeer Gazi. ( 11 January 2013) he to be my sole and only contact with Netcare. His final comment to me on 5 February 2013 was he will go through file again and see if he can find documents, if they not there Netcare cannot help me. Now i find it strange that the documents that are signed on admission still cannot be found 3 months later. Payment made to St Augustine's to date (R173 271.76, includes R1000.00 for copies of files)
