On 12 July 2013 I requested a copy of my original (initial) contract with Vodacom. I was assured that I would receive a copy within three weeks. I received an sms to confirm that my request had been sent through to Document Warehouse. I never heard anything from Vodacom in this regard again. I then logged a new query on 10 October 2013, requesting the same contract. Once again, I received an sms confirmation indicating that the request had been sent to Document Warehouse. I have still received nothing. This is completely unacceptable - I have now been waiting more than 4 months for a document that was promised to me within 3 weeks.
