Claim repudiated, then accepted and now I wait

I reported MTN here because they repudiated my claim... they then approved my claim and said they would fix it. I am now waiting and its been weeks and I am stuck with the faulty phone they loaned me. It keeps hanging up, the scroll mouse doesn't work properly and I need my own phone back. How long will this take?
