Unfair rupidation of cliam

Alexander Forbes does not uphold the "traffic act" law in our country. Claims clerk Wilana Groenewald displayed a bad attitude with the claim send a letter advising me to do as I deemed fit, is this a threat? My son was seriously injured in an accident where their insured did not stop at the stop street, he swerved to avoid hitting the 70 year old woman and hit a street pole. Now the claim is repudiated as my son "overreacted", i am in the insurance industry and have never heard of claim being repudiated for this reason. Should he have rather hit the old woman who was in his right of way on the road she was in his lane he had no where to go!
And this from Alexander Forbes a company who boasts a low repudiation ratio? Complaints are not responded to even by executives! At the end of they their insured did not obey the rules of the road went through the stop street right in front of my son who had to swerve to avoid hitting a 70 year old woman!
