Reconsidering a repudiated claim

My vehicle was out of the maintenance plan by 378 kms. Had to have my brakes replaced. Informed dealer before 90 000 kms had been reached and they advised me that I could go 1900 kms over the limit and my claim would still be accepted. Motorite repudiated the claim due to the fact that I had gone over the 90 000 kms limit. The dealer denied ever saying that I could go over. I negotiated with Martin who promised to reconsider the claim. He never made any promises to me. Great was my delight when I received an SMS notifying me that a claim had been processed. The delight was even greater the next morning when I received an e-mail notifying me that the claim amount had been approved!!! Thank you for great service Martin, you exceeded my expectations!
