Useless insurance

I submitted a claim last September for water damaged to wooden flooring to Isure Insurance Claims department, The lady Leandre advised me that the claim will be seen to as soon as possible. After waiting ages and countless phone calls to Leandre, an assessor finally came out early this year. I then called Leandre again to find out what was going on, only to be told that the claim had been repudiated but she could not give me the reason why, she was suppose to get back to me ASAP. I called again last week for a report from the assessor, a reason why the claim was denied and a reason why it has taken so long... Still no reply... Pathetic service or more like the lack of service. Regretting why I took a policy from these clowns.
