What is up with MTN's email service?

MTN has always been my ISP of choice. For years the MTNLOADED email facility worked very well. A few months ago we were informed of a migration to the new MYMTNMAIL. What an absolute disaster!!! I run my business from this email and since the migration I have had the following problems:
- Email I send disappears into a big black hole
- Email I send goes into the recipients SPAM folder
- Email server is down for days without any communication
- Inaccessibility of MTN Management to lodge a complaint
- No feedback via their Website (an automated response, then nothing!)
- Problem tickets are issued... then nothing!!!
- Call Centres regularly experience telephony problems where you just get cut off or IVR options are incorrect

MTN has cost me so much money over the past few months. Am I better off with a GMAIL account?

Why can I not get hold of a senior manager at MTN? Do they even exist?

I am so disappointed as our family has 5 various MTN contracts that are paid on time. This relationship of over a decade is now starting to cost us!!
