For about 4 - 5 months now, I have no idea if an email I send reaches the recipients in the address/copy address line! Once sent, the email appears in my sent items, but in (too) many cases, never reaches the recipients.
I have sent numerous complaints about this to Telkomsa and received only once a response (in response to the first complaint) that was most unhelpful (suggesting (i) I use outlook instead of webmail, which I can't do, as I work outside of SA much of the time and (ii) I send myself a test email - which I have done repeatedly, including putting myself in BCC to every single email I send).
I, as most of us are, am totally reliant on email as a form of communication, and apart fom the embarrassment when my emails do not reach the intended recipeints, this is starting to cost me money in terms of lost business and delayed responses to clients.
