Blacklisted by You but never been a client

My heading should explain it all.. a few days ago I applied for credit and they abruptly informed me that I am not creditworthy and have been blacklisted by Autopage for a contract I never had. What recourse is there..

In 2008 I was contact by your telesales who offered me a contract. I signed up but the phone never arrived and after two months waiting you deducted money from my account. I went to your head office and was refunded the money. You then went and blacklisted me very promptly after that because you forgot to cancel the contract that never was. Your left hand knows not what the right hand does!

I beg of you, can someone with some intelligence, and in the least, with a meager English vocabulary please contact me to resolve this matter! And please let this person not be someone who has a supervisor to report to or ask questions they do not understand!

Your incompetence is beyond verbal comprehension.
