Regular customer disappointed to becoming ex-cust

Used to love them. Used them regularly. It pains me to write a complaint about them when I havent in the past written compliments (which they've deserved). This time however, I have no choice but to become a regular at another company. I called the number in the reservation email they sent to extend and to arrange to drop off at a convenient location (I've done so in past) and asked for a half hour grace. No answer for over 2 hours I struggled to get through, so I sent an email to the email address in the reservation email they sent, no reply. So I dropped it off a day later at the convenient location (another branch). Sent an email today to tell them I'm disappointed at no response or apology. Minah Ledwaba responds with generic email. Untrained staff will cost u customers. In this a regular whose been using your services since 2007 and even had a Wizard card at one point. Reservation 0605-2505-ZA-4. I'll be using someone else, thanks. (Btw, overcharge me and I will be taking legal action as I contacted u on phone number and email YOU, AVIS, told me in your email to me to contact you on should I want to modify reservation. I did that. I have call records and email record.)
