Unstable connection

Seriously 8ta. is going on with your network. Been having connection problems for /- 3 weeks now in the Elardus Park area. The network keeps disconnecting. I never had any issues before. I'm not the only one having these problems so it must be your network that's the cause. When will the problem be resolved? What's going on? If it goes on like this i'm cancelling my contract and moving to a better service provider.
