MTN's go to excuse "phone not insured"

I purchased a business box package wich included a Galaxy Tab, A samsung Tab and keypad from MTN store in Klerksdorp City Mall. All the paper work and insurance was issued to me and i accepted the insurance and signed all the papers cor both phones at the same time. The Galaxy Tab was then in December 2012. I put in the claim and mtn gave me the run around until eventually telling me that the phone was not insured and that only the Tab had been insured. How can i purchase the phones together, sign the papers at the same time and then they only inform me when i try to make a claim that the phone is not insured? It is also not the first time that i have tried to make a claim that mtn has used the "phone not insured" excuse when i know very well that i had signed and accepted insurance. This seems like their go to excuse when they do not wanna process your claim.
