1. With having FOUR contracts with MTN and spending an average of R6 701.00 per month on the four contracts, it seems unbelievable that one has to battle for almost 30 DAYS to get an itemized bill from your service provider on just ONE of your contracts!!!
2. Having sent a confirmation letter of authority from the account holder, giving his spouse authority to deal with all matters concerning the contracts in his name, and receiving an authority number from MTN which I am to supply when corresponding with MTN customer care, I am told that they have nothing on record and need to speak to the account holder!! Such an easy way out to get a customer to just hang up by saying "I am sorry mam, I need to speak to the account holder"! Why not do a security check on me for that matter, as my husband only supplies you with a four digit number, and I could very easily get anybody of the street to supply you with the number and you wouldn't even know it was not the account holder???
3. The frustration is enough reason to drive one to insanity and suicide because MTN makes more than enough money from customers and just don't care about existing customers that have had an account since 1979!
