Please appoint more people like Khulekani

Something happened to me today that is completely unheard of and left me dumbfounded. I was contacted by Khulekani from the Cell C written correspondance department. My previous experience with Cell C is so devastatingly pathetic, that I was almost speechless that someone responded to my email and was able to help me completely in a short 2 minute phone call (others failed to do so after numerous calls and emails from my side). My experience with Cell C is so bad, that if someone actually does their job it impresses my socks off. Please Cell C, appoint more people like Khulekani who does his job and does it well. Who says they will email you the reference number and all the documents you requested and then actually does it!! This is my first EVER positive experience regarding service from Cell C, so thank you Khulekani. If I had the privilege of dealing with you the first time I had a problem, maybe then I wouldn't have moved to MTN.
