I handed my cell phone in to Nokia Care to sort out a problem with the touch screen functionality on the 8th June 2013 with a turnaround time of 3 to 5 working days. I have never been contacted back once with regards to the phone and if they were experiencing problems or not. Instead I have had to phone in on numerous occasions to find out the progress (NOT)... only to be giving the run around - I've been into the branch/supplier several times to try and speak to the technician who is never available for comment. I find their service to be lacking in every respect and they should not be used as a sales, repair/service outlet. I find it shocking to say the least that they have only decided now after almost two months that maybe they can't fix the cell phone and that the phone might have to be sent to Johannesburg... more excuses and more delays!! Utterly unacceptable!!!
