Poor service from FNB

To think I wanted to change to FNB from ABSA .FNB has all these perfect adds about the benefits and services they offer but when it comes to just supply CANCELLATION FIGURES they really have something to worry about. We waited 21 days for these figures for our purchase from the seller's bank FNB as where ABSA supplied these figures within 2 days, now that is what I call service, ABSA may be the most expensive bank but I will pay for such a good service. Shame on you FNB.
