Cell C
Incompetent/pathetic

We have moved our contract over to Cell C due to their advertisements, we were smooth talked in believing that this is the best Cell company, GUESS WHAT - a load of BULL. We are struggling now for almost 2 months to sort out our billing, On the 5th day of the month my contract of R1000 is reached. No one can assist in this matter, we have spoken to the technicians, the supervisors - AND ALL THEY DO IS PASS THE BUG. This is a business phone, and now i can not phone out!!! they just do not want to assist in any way. they keep on taking my money and i have to keep paying with a SMILE. This stops NOW. Someone need to contact me today, take this contract and stuff it, pay me all my money back.
