Insurance Claim Issue for Samsung Galaxy S4

Following my previous complaint on I did received feedback, however it has added more frustration and anger to the situation. I was sent an email from Client Liaison Officer for Autopage saying the following: Please be advised that we would not be able to assist with the insurance claim as there was a different number already insert into the handset on the 24th of May and you requested for the insurance quote on the 29th of May. My point is that should this have been a cause or stipulation in the insurance terms and conditions, I would have been made well aware, had the insurance been processed initially as I requested, that I will only be covered with my contract sim card in the phone. Again this was not the case, as my initial email clearly asks for the 'terms and conditions of the insurance cover'. Had all of this been followed, upon signing for the insurance surely then I would have learnt that the "Insurance cover valid only if the listed SIM is used in the handset". I feel as a long standing customer of Autopage that it is totally unfair and unacceptable for me to now suffer the consequences for the negligence of the Autopage Staff regarding the insurance claim!
