We have had an ongoing problem with our line since mid 2012, starting with a"crackling" line and then progressively getting worse and now since Jan 13 the phone is "crackling" and only rings once??? I have reported it numerous times and to date it still has not been resolved... infact since the last technician came and replaced all the lines from our phone through to the pole outside (17th July) we have NO phones now!!!

I demand that something gets done about it immediately as I can not go on like this... the cheek of it is I have to carry on paying my rental??? I also demand a refund as well.

If this is not attended to immediately, I will be consulting my Consumer Protection Lawyer, as I know my rights!

The latest fault ref no is 460CTZ120713!
