CellC sales not responding

I contacted CellC Online about 4 weeks ago to obtain a new contract and port my number from Vodacom. The email received from the agent was abrupt and not professional (I'll be happy to supply a copy). After I submitted the documentation there was total silence, no feedback only to be told 1 week later that my phone will be delivered that same day. When I enquired about the porting, I was told that the porting department will take care of it. After various calls Vodacom advise me to take the number prepaid, which I did. Still no communication from CellC. After more calls eventually someone from the porting department assisted me. I then requested for a team leader from Sales to contact to explain the issues I have experienced, but it has been almost 2 weeks and still no one has contacted me.

Issues.
Unproffessional sales people
No answer within reasonble time (15 minutes) at the 084 145 number.
Starting the contract prior to finalising the porting
Leave the customer to do his own porting
No follow-up, no feedback
Not a good beginning to a new contract.
