I've had a data contract with 8ta for the last 2 years and it expired on the 16th of July, I went into your Sandton store on the 31st of May and filled in a cancellation request. Phoned the store middle of June and they told me that no cancellation is on my account (luckily I asked for a copy) and asked them to follow up on it - big surprise there was no feedback. Went back to the store and spoke to another chap that said he will escalate it and he gave me a reference number (6387810), phoned the store yesterday and asked them to check if it has been cancelled, SURPRISE, nothing has been cancelled still. Can someone please start doing there job and cancel my contract as this is just ridiculous. The number of the data contract is 081 485 0432
