Eplaced with a faulty phone

Mtn replaced my phone on the 20th of november of 2012 begining of december it started mulfunctioning then on the 29th of december I took it to the store to be booked in for repairs but it never went for repairs the cnsultants nthabiseng said its not back yet when I went to enquire on the 17 then 15min later she says its in the store. I wanted to know is it still in the store she was talking to me like I'm not a client there then neo later on came and said I was harrasing her stuff then they said I wasn't supposed to enter the store again but they still had my phone in their position then on the 21st of jan I had to go with a securitu guard t the store so as to get my 4ne back mind u customer service did nthing but kept on hanging up on mem where is the custmer service? Now I'm stuck with a bbroken phone that's withing withine warranty but I get no help!
