Poor Service Delivery and Incompetence

This is my 3rd week into ordering a new telkom telephone and adsl line into my house. The initial incompetence by Telkom via the call center was the failure to inform me about the adsl products that included free installation, free router and 5 gigs of data a month for R399. After this, my order was linked to an incorrect account AND I was invoiced an amount twice more what i should be paying. Also, after this 'error' invoice i also get a sms confirmation that i have adsl and with verbal communication via call center that i was too get to a store to collect my free router and 3G dongle ready to connect to the internet. I get home and realise the store did not give me my 3G dongle and of course my adsl connection from telkom into my house is not working. This ridiculously incompetent service at every stage of the process has left me completely frustrated and angry, yet telkom was so quick to send me an invoice of R800 without an actual adsl connection into my house. This is absolutely the poorest service i have ever experienced. Please help me someone. How can service like this be tolerated?
