Just dont give a dam about customer's

I have been a Vodacom customer for the last 15 years, now before I was to upgrade again with vodocom I decided to shop around and found that CELL C was a much more affordable option.

HOWEVER, it has now been a month after submitting my application at Clearwater and I am told every week, we done have stock, its coming in Thursday, NOW 3 Thursdays have passed still not stock and really no care in the world, cant even get stock from other branches???

I then contacted Northgate, who does have stock, and was told that they would contact Clearwater to get my applications and will sort everything out for me.

TWO WEEKS LATER!! this has still not been done!! no application no nothing

Cell C can now stop advertising as you clearly have enough clients.
guess ill just stick with Vodacom!
