Blackberry keeps breaking

I had a curve 8520 that worked perfectly (well at least the phone itself) let's not mention the BIS network. I upgraded 1year and 4 months ago (to a 9360) and since then I've hardly had a working phone. When I received the phone it kept freezing when i dialed *111# and if I called someone I could hear them, but they can't hear me, so I first have to change a setting on the phone and by the time this is done the perosn on the other end has put down! I was sending a BBM onde day when the track pad just suddenly stopped working, at this time the phone was barely 5 months old... How can it just break??? I send it in for repairs and had to drive to 3 vodacoms before someone was able to take it in for repairs. I waited TWO months for it to come back... And guess what?? The new one has exactly the same problems AND the speaker is also not working. I've never had such bad and rubbish phone in my life! And if you send it in for repairs you need to wait 2 months? It's absolutely absurd!!
