No Signal in my area for the last 3months

I moved exactly a year ago from being a 14year client of Vodacom to MTN as I could not get any reception in my area where I'm living.
My housemate had 100% signal bars as he is on MTN. For the Pass 3 months we have the same problem with MTN in broadacres Rosewood street.
We have called the call centre and they acknowledge the problem and said they will reset out numbers as they were working on the Towers, but till now nothing has changed.
No Business or personal calls we can't make or receive any internet or messages. We are 3 people sharing a house and all 3 of us has the same problem.
Vodacom relieved me of my contract a year ago as they could not sort this problem out and what to do now with MTN? What cellphone company does not overload their towers?
Helpless.
