No Help with Login

I am trying to reset or get information on the username and password for my 3G account as I have lost it and therefore cannot use an service for which I am paying.

However, I have been transferred to the Data Deparment three times, and all three times the call has been dropped.

I am currently paying for a service that I am not able to use.

Siphokazi was the last person that transferred me.
