I just got an invoice of R 633.54 which is nonsense. I have a 500MG contract with MTN AND pay R69 per month. Now out of the blue my invoice says R 633.54. I called the call center and spoke to Zanele who advised that I used more than 1 gig which is not possible as I only use the internet for my studies. I have never in the past 2.5 years used more than 500MG on this account. I need this resolved urgently or cancel the subscription. There is a reason I only took the R69 per month contract, I cannot afford anything higher. Please someone investigate the matter and advise accordingly urgently.
