Poor Service from Cell C - ageing request

It's has been at least 10 months (yes 10 months!) and my request to do a migration on 1 of my lines (what I think is somewhat a simple task) has yet to be actioned.
Originally I had requested this to be done sometime last year around September the process was long, and tedious, after a month or so and several phone calls later they eventually informed me that this had been done..from my end the matter had been sorted. Or so I thought? This weekend (July 13) when I went into the store to query my billing the store attendant then indicated that the migration originally promised to be done has yet to have taken place.
I have since called the Cell C contact centre and they have now informed me that they have no records of any of my earlier requests!
Their solution! My request has now been logged"again"-this time marked as "urgent"(Ya right!).
I always wondered why their catch phrase is Cell C for yourself? -I can now elaborate after first-hand experience it's because you have to do everything by yourself... for yourself.
NB. I am willing to be corrected on the information disclosed above (provided that the facts are at hand) as this event did occur sometime last year.
